An ode to my 14 lb. K9 boyfriend, frozen trees, visiting teachers, aprons and Idaho sunsets

^^^This is Kitsune, my boyfriend. I determined this soon after returning home from my mission when boys were still a little... intimidating. He loved me unconditionally and gave me the attention I wanted and he's just about the cutest puppy I never saw! Seriously, I NEVER saw him as a puppy and I've never wanted to time travel so much in my life. We've moved on from the "romantic" relationship we were once in (at least I like to tell myself that) and I've adopted myself as his godmother. I love him.

^^^This is Idaho. The beauty of this frozen tree is just a taste of what you can see in the whole Rexburg valley (not even sure if that's what it is, but hey). When I walk to class, I see this everywhere, and it makes me so happy.

^^^Kisses (technically hugs) from my visiting teacher. She has been wonderful this semester, and seriously, visiting teaching is such a blessing. I haven't been the best this semester :/ but I am grateful for the kindness extended towards me. I loved having someone different to talk to and connect with. Visiting teaching is so awesome.

^^^Why yes, yes that is an old XL men's dress shirt that I found at the D.I. and then turned into an apron. I've learned to sew some things this semester! And what a wonderful time it's been. I found sewing to be very very relaxing and didn't mind spending three hours in the sewing lab, cutting (my very least favorite part), pinning, ironing, and the whirring of the sewing machine. It was bliss. I can't wait to have my own sewing machine.

^^^This is also Idaho, on the daily. Idaho, hands down, has the best sunsets. It really does. That is something that I will be very sad to say goodbye to :(. I do love you Idaho, but it's time for me to move on, and it is you, but it's also me too. I've loved you and you have been so good to me. Please be good to all those who dwell within you for however long it may be.
